Terms of service

Last updated:

This is the current version of the terms of service of Nizro Platform. When we change them, we publish the new version on this page with its date.

1Who these terms are between

Nizro Platform is operated in the Sultanate of Oman by Musandam Waves Investment, CR 1598900 ("we" in these terms). Dynacloud Ltd (United Kingdom) builds the software. These terms are between us and the business that opens an account ("you").

You accept them when you tick the box at sign-up. The person who signs up confirms that they may act for the business.

2The service

Nizro is an online system for running a business: the till and invoices, stock and purchasing, the books, payroll, documents and written guides. The screens your account has depend on your trade and on the parts switched on for it; some features we switch on for your account on request.

We improve Nizro often. A screen may change or move; your records stay.

3The free trial

A new account has 30 days free, on your own data, with no card.

When the trial ends without a subscription, the account becomes read-only (see "The read-only floor").

4Subscription and payment

  • Each trade has its own price, given in a written quote.
  • A paid feature Nizro switches on at your request, such as the live sync with your online shop, is added to your invoice at the price we give you in writing.
  • You pay by bank transfer against our invoice. No card is stored, and nothing is charged automatically.
  • An invoice is issued before the period it covers and states its due date. Write its reference on your transfer. One exception: when an account is switched on again after being switched off, its first invoice is issued the night after. You have the usual 14 days to pay it.
  • You may stop at the end of any paid period by telling us. If an invoice stays unpaid, the account becomes read-only at the end of its grace period, 14 days after its due date.

5The read-only floor

A read-only account keeps all its records. You can still sign in, read, print and export; you cannot add new sales, purchases, expenses or other new records until the subscription is paid. Nothing is deleted while you can sign in.

6Your account and your duties

  • Keep your password private. Give each person their own sign-in and the role that fits their work: you are responsible for what is done with your business's sign-ins.
  • Check your documents before you send them, and your tax returns before you file them: Nizro calculates, you decide and you file.
  • You are the controller of the personal data your business keeps in Nizro (your customers, staff, patients or guests): you need a lawful reason to keep it, and you tell those people how you use it. We process it for you only to run the service (see the privacy policy).
  • Use Nizro lawfully. Do not try to reach another business's data, overload or attack the service, or resell access to it.

7Your data

Your records belong to your business, and we do not sell them. The Business Owner can export the last 60 days to an Excel file from the data export page; for more, write to us.

To close the account and delete its data, write to us. Some records, such as tax invoices, are kept for the period the law sets.

8Availability

We work to keep Nizro available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never stop: maintenance, a provider's outage or a fault can interrupt it.

9Liability, in plain words

  • Nizro is a tool for your business. You stay responsible for your business's decisions, documents and filings.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms limits a liability that Omani law does not allow to be limited.

10Suspending an account

We may suspend an account that attacks the service, breaks the law or breaks these terms. Where we can, we tell you first and say why.

11Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. A dispute we cannot settle together goes to the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.

12Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with its date. The version on this page is the one in force; using Nizro after a change means accepting it.
