The verified business: what the mark means, and how to check it

A business that sells with Nizro is asked for its legal name, its address and its commercial registration (CR) number, and once it gives them the verified mark shows with its invoices. This page explains what the mark means to you as a customer, how to check it, and what it does not mean.

What the mark means

That the business saved three details in Nizro: its legal name, its address and its CR number. The Business Owner saves them himself, or Nizro at his request; no member of staff changes them. They are the same details the tax invoice prints.

How to check it

Scan the QR code on the shop's door sticker, on its counter stand, on its certificate, or the code marked Official copy on its invoice. A page opens on nizro.app with the business's legal name, its CR number, its trade and the day it was verified. If its details are incomplete, the page says it is not verified now. The invoice link you receive carries the verified mark too.

What it does not mean

Nizro checks the shape of a number for its country: a Saudi CR is ten digits, an Omani VAT number is OM, nine digits, then a digit or the letter X. It does not look the business up in a ministry's register, and it does not vouch for its trade. The mark says the details were given in full and in the right shape, and no more.

Why Nizro asks

Because a tax invoice carries the seller's legal name and address. A new business is asked for the details before the first real invoice or at the owner's third log-in; if they are still missing at the fifth log-in or on day 15, the business stops issuing invoices until they are saved, and everything comes back the moment they are.

What if the details are missing?

A paused business still receives money: a payment on an old invoice and a customer's deposit always land. Staff log-ins do not count, only the owner's. Qatar is asked no VAT number.

Questions everyone asks

Is the mark a government certificate?

No. The mark is Nizro's, and it means the business gave its legal name, address and CR number in the right shape. Nizro does not look it up in a ministry's register.

How do I know an invoice is from that business?

Open the invoice link or scan its code: its page opens on nizro.app under the business's legal name.

My business has not completed its details. Does it stop at once?

No. The details are asked for at the owner's third log-in or before the first real invoice, and the business pauses only if they are still missing at the fifth log-in or on day 15. It comes back the moment they are saved.

Does Nizro accept Arabic digits?

Yes. Arabic digits are read, and spaces and dashes are dropped before the check.
