With the accounts module: a chart of accounts, with entries posted automatically from every sale, purchase, expense, payroll and return. The trial balance, income statement and balance sheet come from the entries themselves. Your accountant signs in with his own role, and a branch manager does not see the books.
E-invoicing in Oman
Nizro's invoice is structured today: VAT per line, the exemption reason, buyer identifiers, sequential numbering, no amount, VAT, line or price changes after posting. The system is built to connect to the Fawtara programme through a service provider.

Before you start
How much does Nizro cost?
Each trade has its own price, because a furniture showroom needs different things from a dental clinic. The price is set by what you actually run: your trade, the number of users, the branches and the modules. Request a quote and it arrives in writing, and it does not change after the agreement without your consent. No card is ever charged, and each period is a bank transfer against an invoice you receive. General trade is no different: its price is in a written quote.
Do I need a bank card to try it?
No. 30 days with the whole system and your own data, no payment details at all, and nothing to cancel.
What happens after the trial?
If nothing is paid, your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: you read your data, print it and export the last 60 days to Excel. If you want to continue we send you a written quote for your trade, and the invoice follows it.
Will my staff learn it?
The guides are written inside the system in both languages, and only the ones for your trade's screens show. We help you with the first steps on WhatsApp.
Is it really Arabic?
Yes. The interface reads right to left, and invoices print and share in Arabic and English. Both languages are equal; Arabic is not a later translation.
Where is my data, and is it safe?
Nizro runs on Supabase: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the provider holds SOC 2 Type 2. The data centre today is in Mumbai, India. On request, Nizro can be hosted inside Oman or on your own business servers.
What if the internet drops?
Nizro works over the internet. If the connection drops, the save button stops and says: no connection, reconnect to continue, instead of recording half an action. What was saved is not lost, and what did not complete is not saved.
I work in Zoho, Odoo, Salla, Zid or Daftra. Do I type everything again?
No. Your products, customers, suppliers and their opening balances move from a file you export from your system, by connecting your account there, or you send us the file on WhatsApp and we talk with you about moving it. A refused row says why, and a whole import is undone with one tap.
